If a person abandons property, as defined in section 304.001, on any real property owned by another without the consent of the owner or person in possession of the property, at the request of the person in possession of the real property, any member of the state highway patrol, state water patrol*, sheriff, or other law enforcement officer within his jurisdiction may authorize a towing company to remove such abandoned property from the property in the following circumstances:  (1) The abandoned property is left unattended for more than forty-eight hours; or  (2) In the judgment of a law enforcement officer, the abandoned property constitutes a safety hazard or unreasonably interferes with the use of the real property by the person in possession.  2.

You can’t build on someone else’s property without their approval/consent.

In my other partnerships where me and primarily two others all ponied up equal equity for some things we have a simple 2/3 majority, and for major things like buying or selling proprieties, borrowing funds or doing an eviction we need unanimous consent. 2.

Unlike the USA, you either need the current lender's consent or you need to refinance.

This protects the architect/designer/engineer from having someone copy their plans without their consent, have it reproduced repeatedly, limits their liability and makes sure they get paid for their work. 

Then register your partnership agreement in the title after closing so that your partner cannot sell without your consent. 

You'll run into many issues with homestead, HW consent, divorce decree, etc.I commend where you're coming from, but they can get a loan if there is as much equity in the home.

@John Collins you are missing the point entirely, obviously the REAL OWNER should do all these things, but you are trying to prevent scammers from using your property as a prop without your consent. 

OCCUPANCY: Only those persons whose names appear on the lease may occupy your apartment without our prior written consent except guests for no more than 7 consecutive or 14 total days.

Bringing in two dogs without your consent is a major, not a minor, lease violation.
