Go through it with the fine comb.

After weeks of combing through this site and becoming absolutely amazed with the insights and knowledge that you all have to offer, I figured now would be a great time to write one of these. 

Completing IR items exactly word for word doesn't always go as expected, but we always work with the buyer through a few simple calls/emails to find amicable solutions, and it's never been much of an issue.Long story short, the lesson we learned is to dig into the and IO with a fine tooth comb and beware of vague wording that can catch you off guard.

As a realtor I am sure that you comb through the mls.

You should definitely comb through the site and read all the article pertaining to your area of interest and watch as many podcasts as possible.

However, states like Washington have made it a duty to comb through title records to find non-traditional borrowers and lenders and then nail the borrower with a securities violation.

Admittedly it has been over a very limited time frame (I only bought the property in Oct of last year) but they have been great so far.The name of the company is Complete Real Estate solutions and the person I deal with is Dawn Combs.

There's so much out there that can pull your time and have you not doing anything but listening so once you take a few months to comb through all the info and know which is valid and which is just talk, get some good investing education and then make sure to EXECUTE!
