Any particular reason you've chosen this market from all the way in San Diego? 

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

I don't know her, never met her, never went to her classes, but from what I saw on YouTube she seemed to know her stuff and classes were reasonable. 

I think we are starting to see a theme here: C and D look better on paper than reality and ar easy to buy (for a reason, I might add). 

It's a dishonest promise.If you are in foreclosure, it sounds like you are either there or headed that way,  what you are encountering is a "foreclosure scheme" they are illegal in most places and for good reason.

The judge is not providing justice to you; he's coaching the tenant, who is clearly violating the contract and essentially stealing from you.
