In my years of providing care in nursing homes, geriatric clinics, ALFs and hospice, I had not seen that before.

There is a huge health care industry with the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.

(which I think is what @James Wise is talking about).One thing to keep in mind is that "Poor People" (yes I know, Escalades and nails and etc...) will be happiest (stay longer) in a neighborhood where they have the services they need, such as clinics, liquor stores , pawn  shops, buy here pay here, rent to own--type of shops, vs. higher end things, like Neiman Marcus, where they can't afford to buy anything.              

Working 32 hours a week in my clinical job, I am confident I'll be able to put additional hours into real estate to qualify for REPS.My only question is I'm looking for a CPA who can help in this area.
