What’s the most clever retort(theoretically or actual) you have had when someone asks for a lower rent price during a show or says they’ll move in if you can reduce the rent

(LOL very clever of the county to try and get the census taken then - though it seems like the census should document permanent residents)  Perhaps you could use this downswing to your advantage in other ways... take a couple of houses "off the market" and complete any needed improvements, make sure that when the onslaught hits in March all your houses are ready for maximum occupancy.  

Added expenses at the outset would be furnishings, decor, household items, linens, etcMonthly expenses would include property management, housekeeping, landlord insurance, utilities, internet/cable, lawncare, etc.Any help or advice is appreciated!

You might want to talk to a local architect about how to best use this space.How to work around those supports in a clever way (if they can't be removed).Good Luck!

Regarding the cleaning service; does that also include changing bed sheets, laundry for towels/linens to get ready for next guests, etc?
