Mine were up to five years in arrears and the Statute is 48 months and they still want to see if I am so stupid as to bend over and pay the thousands of back water bills from deadbeat tenants in Tampa.

Rents will be dependent on others with the same sized properties in the area. a neighborhood home will not be a good comp.My house off Big bend rd does well as a rental.  

Anyone that wants to bend over backwards to keep this tenant because they fear turnover is crazy....

I usually don't bend these rules for any prospective tenants wanting different lease lengths.

I use yellow, corrugated plastic 18''x24'' signs with horizontal flutes (so they stand up to wind without bending).

If you think it will end at this Act remember they will just keep adding to it until one day you wake up and find you have a new bedmate and bend over you going to take rather you want it or not.

But I would rather live here under personal responsibility than in any other country where they have shown that they are for themselves only and if you do no bend to their wishes then goodby to you (permanently)!!!!!!!!

As a result the other tenant is free to go regardless of what I say.One way or another it is not good as finding a quality tenant in the dead of winter, in South Bend nonetheless, will be nearly impossible so this situation is set to cost me several thousand no matter what.
