When they call......AND THEY WILL CALL....we generally don't answer right away because we want them to leave a message to see how they sound,...if they leave a message asking about the rental but in the background you can hear dogs barking and/or you can hear what may sound like a "pipe" and their voice has that raspy "smokers voice" then you know they probably smoke and/or have pets and/or use drugs.
