I have a tenant that told me they have a dog but I just heard from a Neighboor that the dog is massive and constantly barks at all hours. They didn't tell me they had a horse of a dog. What are my options and how can I enforce them? Any ideas?

The neighbor should Call animal control consistently if the dog barks at all hours.  You should do inspections.   The size of the dog  wouldn't pose a concern for me the noise would.
