@Heather De lap I just dealt with this issue at one of my properties it was a faulty meter the water company told me either a pipe burst or your house went underwater at 400 gallons a day the bill was astronomical!!!

As long as banks and hedge funds continue buying up property no matter the cost, prices will likely continue to artificially inflate for a time.However, with inflation increasing at astronomical rates, an irresponsible government with zero accountability and unfettered spending, the same zero-accountability government also sharing a blurred line with corporate oligarchs that have aspirations of complete ownership of everything (and everyone if you pay attention), a lying emotional legacy media fear-mongering about war and disease while virtue-signaling on social issues, the younger generation not buying into the “American Dream” of owning a home or having children, and the absolute unwillingness of an egotistical public to believe anything not being pumped out of the black mirror in their living room, the future outlook for any market appears bleak to me.It’s an “everything bubble.”

Im not an expert in the Florida market but I've heard the insurance rates are astronomical and with the recents storms/Hurricanes they are predicting another increase.
