One thing I think that makes BiggerPockets seem "anti-tenant" is the tenants that are generally discussed are the ones that are the problems.

So is this heat lines in boiler that are freezing..If so we would use a product called POLY GLYCO we got it from our heating supply contractor,, 5 gallon jugs, we consulted with them as to how much to add to our boiler system, this is a anti freeze type liquid that works wonders in old farm houses, and like ours a real badly designed, under insulated motel style building 24 units,, our pipe would freeze and split open like crazy.. 

Some governments are crooked and anti student housing in the philly burbs. 

As @Karen Margrave stated zoning, environmental and regulatory issues make it difficult for the newbie.Some zoning is anti-development. 

Some municipalities are "anti" manufactured housing, so read the ordinance carefully before buying any land.  

The same level of disclosure in the Regulation S offering is required, of course, since you are still bound by the anti-fraud rules.

That often causes their charges to be enhanced to felonies.You might also find that cultural norms are changing.While I am extremely anti-drug use, you might be surprised that the majority of people in many states thinks it is insane that someone would hold marijuana use against someone.
