I can't tell you how many people ask me to diagnose them on the spot in the grocery store (if they haven't already diagnosed themselves via webMD lol).I'm sure everyone has heard the saying "Better to be thought an idiot then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt", well, when you make statements like you have in this post regarding 99.9% of Realtors being unethical you have removed all doubt.I don't take offense to you insulting a Realtor specifically, I'm annoyed by the ignorance it takes to make a blanket statement as you have done, it sets off alarm bells in my logical mind.Haven't you heard that 100% of all real estate investors are Scum Bags?

@Brian GibbonsI know you must be annoyed with me and for that I apologize, again I am just trying to figure out what I need to bring into the attorneys office so that they can tell me here are the docs, altered with the direction you want to proceed and this is airtight.I understand the deleting of "friend" but in my research i found this verbiage "Compensation is required.

Typically this is when seller offers to pay closing costs on REO properties (HUBZU being the primary source of this annoying process, the extra party can cause excessive lead time when minor issues arise such as closing date shift or last minute credit grant).

So it depends on ownership etc.I make a big effort to find good deals - they're not listed by brokers, they're harder to find and more annoying to close..
