The OP is trying to say that the 15M is enough to consider investing in that area, I say there is a more desirable areas if you are only basing on government money spent, I see some 200+M in one building or maybe a parking structure, that is worth buying and holding, perhaps an Airbnb MF or corporate housing, or airline industry clients.

If you go that route, a little hack I always recommend is using an airline miles/hotel points CC to purchase all of the furniture and then pay off the card...might as well get as many benefits as you can.Finally as a friendly reminder, you don't need 100 doors like others to be happy to make some side cash flow.

(this is the reason we are developing down there). 3) Southwest airlines will begin flying out of Houston Hobby airport starting Oct 15 daily, this will increase the number of seats going into the Country around 1000 per week, this should hopefully bring down some of the costs in getting to and from the market.

I am a points junkie  so I guess unless I was going to rent some bad pad for a big group I just stick to hotels were I get my points.. same with air fare.. only fly on airlines were I get my points so I get to VIP status and free upgrades... but I fly a lot and I stay in hotels a lot..

I have to fix some pet-damaged hardwood flooring this weekend myself for a pet that was never authorized (which was new beautiful flooring before the damage).I saw that airlines were recently allowed to clamp down on emotional support animals so hopefully the same will carry over to landlords eventually....
