@Preetinder Singh Hello,  In your questions to ask the agency, I didn't know what the below meant?

I know there are many real estate brokers who partner with title agents to set up a shared title agency. 

Networking possibilities might arise from joining real estate clubs on social media sites like Facebook or Instagram.Make contact with nearby real estate agencies and request referrals.

(Heres a stat...that we all love more).I had a moment of weakness period in which I sold both his book(investing) and SABOR prep for real estate exam from trec(Agency).The numbers were too long but at the bestseller bookstore.

I'm also aggressively looking in the Central Florida area to acquire additional management contracts from other agencies, and was considering just gross management fees time 1-1.5x; but excluding leasing and other income that is not regular.

If these folks had the wherewithal to acquire this in the first place they should be smart enough to understand they need the appropriate RE Agency to sell it for them..

Would you just leave out the income requirement since the housing agency is covering the rent?
