You need to find a way to become an insider.Your referral source already has established relationships with real estate industry professionals, perhaps thru legal groups; perhaps thru social networks and affiliation. 

If not, it wouldn't hurt to mail something to that address and it will be forwarded to whomever is affiliated with the property.

I'm pretty sure that Bigger Pockets has an affiliation with an online legal partner and I am sure they are good and you can get a discount by using your Bigger Pockets membership.

In each case, the money appears to originate in banks with high foreign affiliation (I don't know how else to say this). 

From the details you stated you are either: A) Navy/affiliated with the sub base or B) Electric boat. 

The group may contract for specific products or services from an individual member of the group if that member is affiliated with a business that can offer value to the group.
