I also know during the boom right before that rents didn't go up much in Phoenix where I was buying/renting at the time, even though home prices had almost doubled in just about 5 years.

I thought San Antonio was sustainably growing though, so I would think that wages, employment, etc would be rising right along with property prices, so that's why I was curious to get the opinions of people who know SA.Las Vegas is booming but I wouldn't be surprised if Fitch is right about the property being overvalued there.

@Chris Wierman The St Michael area benefits from being close to The Elk River Otsego area which has boomed over the last 20 years, however, it is most attractive due to its price.
