Does anyone have strong views on whether on rental properties ALL the interest from a cash-out refinance can be tax deductible (even if the cash is invested to buy or fix up another property), orOnly up to the original loan amount, orSomething else.Currently assuming 1) but not at all certain...

Have you noticed that your social media videos actually drive conversions, or are they just generating views?

My assumption would be this site can be an easier way to view their available properties and their rates.

Is that viewed differently by the regulations being proposed?

I have a single STR (4 bed ocean view home) located in a small coastal town on the west coast.

We have a king bedroom with a garden view reserved from October 5th to 9th.

It’s a huge red flag to me when someone won’t come view the unit.

I am a Realtor in Madison, WI and so far as stated earlier, other than an offer of compensation no longer being listed in the MLS, not a lot has changed as far as sellers typically being agreeable to pay buyers agents at closing a buyer agency commission, and sellers just viewing that as a closing cost and focus on reaching a net proceed number they are happy with (if competing, one buyer may ask you to pay their buyer agent fee, but at a higher price where you could still net more than a lower priced Offer). 

Take a realistic view of what can be accomplished.
