@John Fabros, isn't that particular property less than 3/4 mile from the nearest subway stop... is that not considered relative access there?

I am trying to find some good priced subway tile for a kitchen project.

Thinking if I should use subway tile for the kitchen backsplash.

It's 1/4 mile from the subway, close enough to be under 5 min walk, far enough to not hear the train.

Bushwick is not bad, it is up and coming and with the improvement of the subway system over there, I am sure the prices will go crazy as well.Find a deal in those neighborhoods is a challenge and you have to move quickly when something comes along.Good luck to you!
