If you really think about it, the price of milk is tied to oil.

No middleman skimming a fee for taking a payment.

@Robert Carlson I did not take the time to read all the other posts, (skimmed some) mostly because I am just going to tell you how I did it. 

To do it right, you need to prime the tile with a non porous primer and skim coat it.
