It will help you either start quickly or seamlessly transition into wholesaling office and commercial properties.If I were in your shoes, I'd first save towards a nice place for your growing family, while learning the wholesale trade, and then focus on realizing your goals as a wholesaler.

@Kian T. if I were in your shoes I would definitely sell the home.

If i was in your shoes i would find a 2-4 plex within 30 mins of post that the average rent for each unit is about 200$ less than the BAH rate for that area.   

Also consider if your baseboards have shoe moulding, how high your jambs are cut, etc.

Nothing had changed on my end, in fact my liquidity rose, which normally should reduce your interest if at all.All in all if it pencils out......GREAT!

@Mark Doty I don't know if I have a definitive answer to your question, but if I were in your shoes I would start this journey by focusing on the lender relationship.

(I feel this is the least desirable/most expensive way, but may be easier to find properties)I'm in your shoes buddy except I dont have any retirement fund coming in in ten years unless I create it now.
