I think that is when people will feel the hurt, so I see Q3 as a bit premature.

It's only been 2 and 1/2 years since I made the purchase, so I may be premature in saying this, but I don't think I would base a decision to purchase a rental unit in a depressed area solely on the addition of an Amazon distribution center.

Brian Hoyt - Your post title is general in nature and no one can state that each and every market has or has not hit bottom, it is way too premature for that.In answering your specific secondary question, So CAL is one of those markets that have yet to hit bottom.

There are other ways to get loans for investment, so touching your 401K seems like a premature move if you haven’t explored other options. 

Way too premature to decide...Please let us know what the zoning is and allowable uses are once you find out.
