The Bottom Is Here And Gone

There's plenty of disussioon here on BP about the "bottom" of the market and trying to time it and not being able to time it and when it might actually occur, etc.

Well, I think it is here and gone already. In fact, I think we've been past the bottom for at least a year and half. Yes prices are still depressed, but everyone who was able to maintain employement and/or income is out there buying rental properties like it is the new fad - it IS the new fad.

At this point, there are only normal peaks and valleys that are occuring at lower price points which are and have been steadily, if not quickly, on the rise.

Thoughts?

What bottom? In Austin people are printing money right now. I am looking at an investment with someone from BP where we can build 4 houses off of Barton Springs and net $700k in profit. We're building houses in east Austin as quickly as we can locate good lots. I could go on and on.

The "bottom" folks are out sulking and others are making money. Be one of the latter folks.
