Just don't get tempted by the "patch towns" with the low prices.

Figure on patching the ceiling where you demo'd the walls. 

It resembles a Patch of Land for just Texans. 

Don't waste money and time with top coats, patches and what not.  

I even see patches  of concrete :) Good job on the floors man. 

Other damage includes major holes in the walls for plumbing access (shower), water damage around the doors, not so small areas of patched walls done very poorly (possible water damage 'repair'), holes in doors, window screens missing, possible water leaks from roof (?)

Also, sheet rocking the garage as well as the existing walls are not worth the trouble to patch up.

The internet has enough inforation in it that you only need a mentor as a guide through the easy to miss details and the rough patches WHEN YOU HAVE A DEAL ALREADY.

If you look at all successful people lives, they been through very very tough patches in their life. 

If the Murphy bed is removed, the wall would need to be left in good condition (Holes patched and painted) If the sellers can't do that, then they have no business removing it.
