Don't get me wrong these estimate is base mainly on my area and selling pretty much any type of property, it's not base on pacific.

It was pretty hilarious, however, when they got to the home of the young newlyweds, who work as a yoga instructor and a plumber, and live in what is clearly a million+ estate on the Pacific, and they were all whispering, “how in the heck can they afford to own this place?”

I am in Alaska, the property is in Ohio, and my lender was based out of California I think and some pf the people I was working with were throughout the Pacific Northwest.

I ended up going with Hawaii pacific and went vacant for 2 and a half months costing me 5k.
