Since your Boston condo is in an LLC, transferring the title to your personal name to satisfy the lender could potentially trigger tax issues or disqualify the exchange. 

Typically when a purchaser buys a center there is roof warranty that transfers to the new buyer.

I just want to confirm, I am not opposed to LLC's and have them, but 99% of people set them up wrong by first buying a proeprty, having a loan on it, then just transferring it to the LLC.

No money needs to transfer or anything like that. 

We are buying the building itself, furnishings etc not transferring their Llc.

However, we also want to make sure we start off strong with a seasoned PM and then possibly take over in a year (but reviews may not transfer?).  

(side note: you can still tell that you bought the property in your own name and did a deed of transfer to an LLC when you look at the chain of title.
