In the past, I've infrequently purchased homes from people going into nursing homes, and have ran into situations like the owner only being able to sell it (for example) 70% of the homes value.

Look for Rescues close to your property for the pups.... work with the owner to have the pups once they are done nursing and weaned , released to the rescue.... donate a tax deductable donation to be sure the pups are taken care of properly,and they hopefully will have room for your tenants pups!...

Advantages to neighbor: No management company/fees, can do maintenance/repairs himself.Question: Am I better off selling the property or trying to structure a lease option to nurse some sort of cash flow?
