My wife drove by today and saw a lady entering upper unit so it seems shes still there.I am hoping owner is gone and has left peacfully with no damage, if she has not left how should we handle it?

I think it would be the best way for peace and quite for us.

Seperating issue from emotion seems just about impossible at this point, so unless you are walking away from a significant amount of money (only you can decide what that amount is) it might be worth it to your state of mind to just let it go.Your sister get's the house, which from what you say she is probably going to end up losing it eventually anyway at some point, but you get hopefully the peace of mind of having moved on after your mother's death and somewhat closing that chapter.or ...Find a new lawyer because the one you have now is obviously not working very well in your best interest.

In addition to I’d always asked if there’s HOA upfront before I’ll consider checked out any properties which answer he gave me was no; took his words for granted again…Comes the escrow acceptance letter needed to be signed, the $45/mo HOA fee only then caught my eyes, I asked my agent what’s it about since I wasn’t at all aware of it up until this point, he then told me that’s just the escrow’s letter template, it doesn’t apply on the purchasing property.Nevertheless, I’d wrote “ N/A “ right next to that paragraph with his approval before I’d signed at the bottom of that page for the peace of mind.A couple of days later, upon calling the escrow to confirm they’ve everything they needed from me.

In addition, it has been my experience that those with troubled credit may have a larger chance at over-paying for a property than a prime buyer.I'll leave this post alone now because I've said my peace.

I just want to live a peaceful, comfortable life without an early heart attack.
