There could be plenty of pricing models1) Like Diet.com people would put money in a pot and the one that doesn't prospect loosing out2) Charge like Coach.me, $15 a week3) stickk.com is another similar site with models where people donate money to charity or loose money to an anti-charity if the tasks are not done.Thoughts?

It is heartening to see tenants make their rental their *home*, when they plant pretty flowers in the beds, flower pots on the porches, keep everything tidy and trimmed, put nice seasonal decorations up.  

So if I can flip 3-4 homes every 60 days this year at even $5K profit after taxes per property, that's still $100K+ per year more to add to the pot to do even more the next year.

After reading rich dad poor dad and doing some research on the net i stumbled across this site.

I could actually purchase 2 in cash but that doesnt leave me the safety net I want. 

If the stove is against the wall its hard to maneuver pots around.

Remember this.... everyone want to find the pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow but sometimes you need to realize that you have to furnish the pot!

Short example not trying to sound morbid here but i do get calls from 2 local funeral homes .Most do there own in house type financing but occasionally they do run across people that are land rich but don't have a pot to PXXX in , A little help , guidence , and volunteering to others can go a long ways in one day making a deal come together and putting you atop the consideration list when the time comes for the people to sell . 

Now if you are potting this as a condition of closing on your contract, that would be another situation.
