That's the new HUD guideline as "Felons", if they've served their sentence, are considered a protected class and can't be discriminated against such as: race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap.You can't even advertise "Criminal Background Check" in any listing.

Honestly, I do not really want to deal with some of the inevitable negative(politics, religion, activism, etc) social aspects of social media.BUT...it has become painfully obvious that social media engagement is the way of the future for finding and screening good tenants and just about every aspect of the real estate investor.
