@Sasha Josephs I would recommend buyers because what if you find a seller today... who does the property go to?

The real crime is leading large funds like Black rock, purchase, single-family real estate and take it from the people who deserve it most, our citizens. 5% max would be crazy. people are locked in at 800/m for 2 beds when market is 1800/m.
