If they are wood framed windows built in place then there will be no framing around the windows so when you remove the windows to install a new modern window you will have to frame in that area before you install new windows.

However, if you are generally looking for off market commercial deals, larger buildings etc, I've found no better combo than Excel, Google Earth, and some good old fashion internet stalking.  

But that's because it's a new construction modern-looking cabin with great features.

These could be increased with modern furnishings and leased on a MTR basis or combination of usages.

And, while there are some practical issues with these: i.e. boiler typically means landlord pays heat and it is hard to get boilers serviced in my market, there are risks of many of these items in modern construction.
