Search for “Rob Drum” and “Todd Helzer” on Facebook and they should have something posted about the event.

I had this happen here in NY (before the new laws in 2019) and my attorney said to send the payment back to them with a note that says "as per the lease, partial payments are not accepted" or whatever.I've beaten this drum before, but this is precisely why you should be offering only M2M leases! 

And guess what, before bang the drum that it's gun faults, you had WAYYyyy more guns and access to them in the 60's, a child could walk in and grab one no problem, walk right down the road with it no questions asked.

Many responses are from Realtors who are looking for your business, they may actually believe that their market is great, or they may just be trying to drum up business for themselves.
