In absolutely no way would I ever depend on such a broad analysis to ultimately determine my decision.

It also depends on all the other policies.

It kind of depends on the type of properties you're looking for funding on.

Another one is when you start to feel a little weight off your shoulders because you don't depend entirely on your boss.

So, it depends what you are looking for as an investor.

Be sure you are comfortable with the math and know exactly how much you should be getting depending on how the property performs at different levels.  

You could tell them to cancel the listing and you will find someone else to list it after a month not 4 months (the market take is subjective too, all dependent on what your house has compared to others, where it is located, the size of it, and so many other factors).

@Dave Bobka @Justin Arnold So, if an investor is looking for a larger, family style home for a Section 8 tenant that is dependent upon public transit, this would be a great property, wouldn't it?
