Things to keep an eye out for?

I am also keeping an eye out for just rentals. 

First time home buyers compete with us investors and they are often blue-eyed in terms of how much work a property needs.

It is more about having a eye catching unique landing page, which is the same function that the categories/unique stays provided. 

When I tell new investors that they should plan to leave 15-25% in the deal they look at me like I have a third eye and normally find another agent. 

Buyer warrants and covenants not to take any enforcement action against any Obligor that would be commercially unreasonable or create any liability for Seller.

If you want to stand out and be eye-catching over all the other competitors your property must be different!

But once that's done you'll have a much easier time accessing all units for inspections, repairs, etc. and things should move faster.All that said, things don't happen in the blink of an eye.

We advertisers would buy banners and email links, sponsor crap and flourish all without the consumer (eye balls) being force fed.
