I get the concept of analysis paralysis - but maybe it is 'analysis-not-making-sense-icus"... to invent a new term.I think beginners need to realize that the real estate market is cyclic.  3-5 years ago both properties and money were cheap.

Journalism is extinct, it is, we now have media marketers who just pump out BS to get clicks, views etc and at best, pump a narrative vs click baiting. 

I think you can learn some general concepts from the videos, but will probably never learn all you need to learn. 

. , the other thing I often do when I'm starting to evaluate a new market, I subscribe to the local newspaper or the local business journal and doesn't cost that much, usually $5 to $10 a month.

My experience with the concept is more centered around the UK and the FCA (UK's equivalent to the SEC).

Once the concepts and processes are proven in our own backyard we will expand to new cities and area. 

Last July, August I was just starting to learn about real estate and completely missed the concept of assuming mortgages.
