Hi @Mark Douglas, I am in the same boat as you, but instead of just looking for another deal, I am searching for my first deal.

I'm in the same boat in going for my first deal.  

During the crash, it was so frustrating to watch people let their current home go back to the bank, while they moved all of their cars, boats, motorcycles, and giant TV's to a new cheaper home.

I have no experience buying and selling boats so I am looking for a little guidance. 

(ie lease it to a neighbor for storage, charge someone to park their boat on it, etc.?)

Hey Joba Aladeselu I am in the exact same boat as you and have been looking for like minded people to discuss strategies and steps with.

I am in the western suburbs, and also enjoy cars and trucks.. even a boat and motorcycle... what type of commercial are you looking to get into?

I am in the exact same boat as you. 

But that will still put you in the same boat as everyone else on BP that doesn't really have local knowledge.  

Sorry enough ranting, but yea, I am in the same boat as you, finding a good wholesaler is hard to come by, I know just one that is good and doesn't market other peoples stuff, has it under contract before he markets it, his rehab numbers are usually on point, and he gets it at a good price.
