@Agatha Oliveira Over the last 10 years case law has been established that greatly expands the ability to redeem tax sale properties.

One tip is that is a very tough state for flipping/investing too because of tough laws against lenders if needing to foreclose, just something to watch out for

In Florida, hold over tenants can legally be charged double rents, that is FL state law.
