Utilizing this strategy together with a huge network of bird-dogs, they are able to put together a large amount of deals in a short period of time.

I have showed the wholesaling ways to my peers here and they act as bird dogs finding new deals and we break them in about 5k or so.

This is why I was looking to get started by "bird-dogging" for a while.

The bank is just trying to deal with principals rather than bird dogs such as yourself.
