DSCR Loans are generally tied to the 5 year treasuries (granted not much of a diff) - and yes, spreads are a little elevated recently but that is good rule of thumb 2.5%-3% over.

There s no reason for anyone I do not know to park on that street aftern10 at night (or virtually any time).To get to my property you go through enough security cameras that it may rival Fort Knox.So ~10:30 a car alarm goes off.
