Our selling season ended, still no sale and we got into the winter months where mostly lowballers are out buying and that company convinced them to do massive price cut after massive price cut, blaming the market of course (super hot sellers market here when the property was first listed).

The downstairs tenants are also concerned about their heating bill (electric) which is averaging $600 a month during the winter (even though they keep it at 65 degrees.

Yes insurance for sure. make sure to winterize vacant houses in the future.

Mind you, I have friends from Canada who bought ejido land overlooking the beach in Zipolite in the province of Oaxaca and they're gonna build a house on their lot (they're already spending their winters there).

They can properly secure the house following the tenants' departure, winterize it, coordinate utility account transfers, and source vendors to address anything that needs to be done to the house prior to marketing it for another tenant.

I know it's a long shot but thought I would ask.Logically, since I was down about 90% anyway during this crypto winter my mind is saying double down because I got nothing to loose (What's another hit going to do).My heart is saying "put your tail between your legs and strut off home" hahaThanks

Many of which are on a fixed income, and Dad is concerned about people moving in the winter when it's cold.
