I called the city and the lady basically told me everything I already discovered on the city wesite, but to come down and talk to someone or hire an architect.

Seems like the lady I spoke with wasn't so sure about the assignment contracts.

Hey all,I am new to the site but am half way through podcast 25 and just heard the lady from DC speak about her first wholesale project.

They are all paying about the same rent, so I am assuming that the landlord didn't want to bump up the old lady's rent and didn't want disparity between renters so they kept it low.

The lady that owns it now only rents it out for the high demand summer months, do you think if we do the marketing and target fisherman and hunters we could get it rented for the other months at a more discounted rate?

Lady called me today that wants to sell a 2 bed ( and 1 office, no closet so can't be considered bed), 1.5 bath, 2 car garage. 1200 sq ft SFR. 

I had to spend another additional hour taking everything back to Home Depot, then went on to the next job.Back in early April of this year, the same lady Realtor called me again and wanted me to go out to another one of her homes.

A lady that recently lost her husband has been trying to sell her old house.
