I'm not talking about the ones that are basically power point slides with some pictures, I'm talking about actual virtual like tours that uses 360 panoramic photos to give the user a sense of immersion.

The contractor had just finished the property we bought from a wholesaler for 51K, Rehab costs were about $27,500.Our plan of action is to aggressively hold open houses for this property throughout the weekends.It is located Bridgeport, CT), potentially taking turns commuting there because we do have our jobs back in the city.We will have photos that we take of the property and list it FSBO.

I have in my leases that there is a $100 unlock fee for coming out to unlock the door if a tenant locks themselves out.

Because they 1) didn't do the work, 2) they did the work but not in a way they or anyone would stand behind, or 3) they did the work correctly in a way that will last for years and are simply refusing to show you because Suite 105 still insists on growing beautiful flowers in pots that clash with the new trim color and the photo copier is broke again.

I would suggest taking time/dated stamped photos (time stamp is an app you can find for your phone if you do not have one) of the work that has been completed and create a visual time line of work performed.
