My clients when buying retail we stress test the debt.

I guess ultimately it comes down to the decent human being test otherwise known as karma.

I will say, you can probably cash flow in AZ that's where I'm starting out but it looks like the margins are slim with 1% deals in the Tempe area..maybe better margins in Mesa or the general Phx area.

They have replaced it with a UHET model called the Stealth (0.8USD / 3l) - which has a 37.5% reduction in water consumption, but a 20% reduction in MAP testing results (scored a rating of 800).  

After you scrape some of that glue up give it a smell test... try a spot with bin and do the same.. it's trial and smell at this point. 

When they figure out you are serious, that you would like to work to learn, not earn, they will test you out.

Also, I took the NASCLA seminar and exam, was told it was easier than the NC test.

In Md its an open book test , its contract law , selling , and performance questions .

I'm still testing out one now.
