Now if your agent isn't providing you good deals and is giving you inaccurate numbers then that's an issue that you shouldn't have to deal with.

While some lenders can get creative with income and/or don't require personal income underwriting, DSCR lending programs technically only apply to SFR 1-4 units and small multifamily (usually to 10 units). 

There are issues in the realty industry...primarily the fact that the barrier of entry is so incredibly low to get a license and the vast majority of agents don't hone their crafts.

Hail is the bigger issue in my opinion.
