Hi everyone, I have been doing some research on rental property and what I would like to know is, how would I be able to tell if the property taxes are too high in terms of positive cash flow if there are properties that may be similar in size but not style with taxes that are much lower?

jon is right...the min measurements are for a fireman to be able to enter and exit. when you cut the concrete, you have to use a lentil or a header on top. also, tie the storm drain pipe to the weeping tile around the house. then fill with 3/4" gravel. bolt the well to the house with anchors. fiberglass wells or galvanized are the two options. then needs a cover.i quoted it for my house... it would cost between $1500 and $3500, depending on the style/size, etc..

I try to involve my son as much as possible and let him do things like take the pictures :) If I can teach him how to start and run a business I'll feel accomplished.
