Hello all,I recently received a single-asset LLC operating agreement on a property I'd like to invest in in Pennyslvania. 

I have a single city lot that has been occupied by a mobile home for ten years.

My long term goal is to reach financial freedom by building a buy and hold portfolio that consist of single/multi family houses.       

I am looking for a local agent that has experience in finding $40-90k single family homes, no major rehab.
