I've seen several posts about how you should get private funding from investors, and although I'm not at that point, it would be interesting to talk to those who have actually done it locally.

@Daniel Nguyen You could always have several structural engineers look at the property to quote on the estimated cost of repairs.

So I don't want to be sitting there, having nothing to contribute other than question after question, not knowing a good neighborhood from a bad one, while experienced investors walk away from me mid-sentence (read about that several times on the forums here). 

I know there are several ways to do tiny homes.

@Lucas Carl there are several markets across the country that do extremely well.

I own several and haven’t regretted it for even a minute.

I work with several Investors who are out of state and out of country.
