Great idea about NightTenders -- the troubleshooting feature they advertise is fantastic.  

I wish BP had an edit feature for our own forum posts to correct typos!

Via the lease, after the 9th i will only accept the rest of the full payment via ceritfied check, so i will make sure to go into the buildium system and cut off the online payment feature on the 9th.  

They start off with basic property configuration (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc), then consider costs (heat, provided appliances, etc) and features (central air, ceiling fans, etc). 

(as long as landlord check marks for that to be completed)The ceo on a blog response  about 8 months ago said that they would be adding a feature were tenants could upload their paystubs and other items for prove directly to the site has this happened yet does anyone know?

Hello BP,Are there any specific set of features that must be present or absent in a certain apartment class?

I am not sure I need to go to a seminar to find out I should pay down my credit cards or to learn the difference between good and bad debt.

There’s no doubt in my mind that seminars/trainings like this are extremely valuable, but.....

Kind of like asking your flight's airline pilot to teach you to fly.Read BP posts, buy books, take action, study, talk to people, sit around courthouse observing hearings, pull case files, knock on doors, go to seminars.
