They were very patient at start right, and only after the whole string of things did these frustrations erupt. 

His plans when up in smoke because he couldn't be patient and listen to some folks who may have some useful advice that will help him succeed.  4.  

It's OK to be patient and build a strong base.

He is very patient, considerate, fully knowledgeable, and profitable.  

The only exception would be the person that gets lucky, but using that metric you could argue that playing the lottery is a better method of gaining wealth.And if you think someone is going to answer this question to your satisfaction in a single thread, you're a fool.

Satisfaction is about having a complete life: Health, Relationships/Family, Purpose/Goals/Meaning, Fulfilling Work (wether for needed income or unneeded) Remember, you can always do RE on the side of getting a degree to test it out.

Not all houses work as a rental and sometimes you have to adjust your expectations or be flexible in what you are looking for...or more patient and wait for the right home.  

Hello everyone,My story makes me a little sick to think back on and retell, but it’s mine and I’ll claim it if for no other reason than the satisfaction of the difference when I’m free.I grew up in a rich home but in a “poor dad” mentality home.

It is a red flag when you feel like they aren't being patient with you and not making sure they help you understand the process throughout.
