I'm a fellow real estate investor and wanted to share that my family just started running a local furniture store in the Twin Cities.

Customers who currently drive up storage units are use to the aesthetics and easy use of rollup doors compared to heavy metal swings out doors.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I am not looking to break the bank with furniture.

Incredible beauty and access to lakes and outdoor lifestyle, great weather, tax breaks in SC, but nobody wants to pay $$$ to live next-door to a dump. 

I actually have rented one through airbnb and hauled everything from propane tanks to furniture up that 1/4 mile straight up hill to camp(we kept the garden down at the bottom near the river :) ).

2Family home has a large outdoor deck and external stairs.Present day: Home inspector (and two contractors) states unsafe beam joints and spliced stair stringers.Seller has proof from city that deck/stairs passed inspection from 3+ years ago.

I believe meanwhile you'll have to deal with the tenant's estate with the disposition of her personal affects / furniture.

Does anyone have experience with a company in Montgomery County, Texas that could construct a rock parking lot for me? I am thinking I will need a weed barrier, base stone, pavers and compacted top stone. I'm working ...

The place is completely furnished and we would rather leave the furniture in for someone to use and enjoy.  

Find possible sellers willing to sell their furniture or look for Model homes selling fully furnished.
