You can pay the fee or work with local officials with a plan to rehab the property so they will withdraw their violation notice and fee.

I think I'll have a better idea after I get an official inspection of some sort.

I think the announcement is out that LA RSO board is raising the amount of rent increase from 3%, to 4%.
